Rev. Dr. James H. "Jim" Reiter
[Interim] Pastor
After 35 years of active service in the East Texas area, Jim took early retirement from parish ministry so that he and his wife, Kathy, could pursue their interest in and passion for spiritual formation on a full-time basis. “Zoe-Life Explorations” (www.zoe-life.net) was founded in the Spring of 2018 — with the mission of facilitating experiences in and conversations about the “more” God has in store in the lives of individuals and faith communities.
A certified Transitional-Intentional Interim Ministry specialist for the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist, Pastor Jim comes to us through the end of June 2025 — to support us in ministry as we make our way to welcoming a new full-time Pastor on the other side of Episcopal appointments in May.
